shipping, returns & privacy
Shipping
- Every item is printed to order by our production partner. Production takes 2-5 business days, then US standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.
- We currently ship to US addresses only. Shipping is calculated in your cart and is free on orders over $75.
- You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Returns & reprints
- Because each item is made for you, we don't accept returns for size exchanges or change of mind. Check the size before you order.
- If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order email and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or refund you.
- If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.
Changes & cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. Email us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change or cancel, and we'll do our best.
Privacy
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- We share your name, shipping address and email with our print partner only to make and ship your order.
- If you join the drop list, we store your email only to tell you about new drops. Reply "unsubscribe" to any email and we'll remove you.
